Private Music and Voice Lessons
Music lessons with an experienced, patient instructor are a great way to study a musical instrument. Besides having one-on-one attention, the student is offered an opportunity to play music that he or she is specifically interested in and an opportunity to play music with someone who already has many experiences in the field. When you come to Under The Sun Studios, you get a lesson plan tailored to your needs. We’ll set your goals: short term and long term. Then, we’ll set up a series of steps necessary to achieve them. We’ll make sure that each lesson builds on the previous, getting you as quickly and efficiently to your goals as possible, while maintaining a fundamentally grounded approach, with solid concepts of musicianship, ear training, musicianship, and music theory.

Shared Private Lessons are available for groups of nearly any size, from 2 to 10 (or more in some circumstances). Please call us at (925) 609-8100, option 2, for more details.
The music teachers of Under the Sun Studios are available to provide private lessons in acoustic and electric guitar,
electric bass, piano, keyboards, drums, musicianship, music theory, and songwriting.
Our time-tested modular approach custom tailors the lesson plan to the individual student, giving him or her a solid musical foundation while allowing the student to learn the songs they want to learn.
